Our Housekeepers are key members of our Property Management team and contribute toward a quality living experience for our residents. Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining the business office, model units, resident halls, public and common areas of the property in a neat, clean, and attractive condition. A typical day could include sweeping, scrubbing and waxing floors, dusting, polishing metalwork, shampooing carpets, emptying wastebaskets and ashtrays and washing windows. For this position we offer some flexible scheduling and part-time options. Our Housekeepers take pride in providing extraordinary customer service, being courteous and presenting themselves in a professional manner to our resident. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
