How You'll Contribute to the Team:

Our Carpet Cleaners are key members of the Property Management team who efficiently perform all carpet cleaning as well as general cleaning, basic maintenance, trash and debris pickup of the interior and exterior of single and multifamily homes, community centers and common areas to ensure a professional, attractive appearance to help provide a quality living experience for residents and contribute to productive working relationship with team members.

In a typical day you will interact with residents, perform carpet cleaning in vacant homes as part of the home make ready process, participate in preventative maintenance programs, assist with ongoing maintenance and repair, and perform other routine cleaning.

Role Specific Requirements Include:

  • High school education or equivalent is strongly preferred
  • Ability to read, understand and write English to communicate effectively
  • Ability to perform a variety of manual labor tasks efficiently
  • Valid driver s license required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
