We are based in Lenexa, Kansas with most of our projects located in the Midwestern United States regions.

We are in need of Prevailing Wage Laborers:
Relationships :
Earn respect through construction knowledge and positive problem solving.
Develop productive relationships with project team, contractors, and clients.
Communication :
Strong communication skills, including excellent ability to identify and understand requirements of the project team and to participate in collaborative problem solving.
Detail Orientation :
Successfully ensure accuracy of project documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Professionalism :
Positive attitude and professional demeanor and appearance and perform well under project constraints and deadlines.
Physical Demands :
This position involves work at a construction site where duties will be performed both indoors and outdoors with Heavy Lifting a requirement.
Travel:
Travel is anticipated in this position.
Security:
Must be able to pass background screening including citizenship (I-9), criminal background & reference check to be allowed access to work on military bases.
Compensation Competitive Compensation (Approximately 50% of our projects are Prevailing Wage Projects) Health Insurance (subsidized) Paid Time Off Paid Vacation (after six months) Paid Holidays (after 30 days) Per Diem (when traveling) Pishny Historic Restoration Services is an EEOC employer.
